Conducting scientific research on the languages of the indigenous peoples of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), including the Yakut, Evenk, Even, Yukaghir languages

Scientific research on the Yakut language is carried out within the framework of the State task for conducting research work on the project “Yakut language: systematization of units of different levels for the formal presentation of linguistic data”.
In 2022, a systematic description of semantic structures, commonly used, terminological, dialectal, toponymic vocabulary of traditional material culture and lexical layers of the Yakut language was made. Dictionary entries of the following dictionaries are being prepared and compiled: “Thematic and ideographic dictionary of phraseological units of the Yakut language”, “Mongolian-Russian-Yakut dictionary”, “Dictionary of synonyms of the Yakut language”. Work is underway to identify and describe the components and conditioning factors of the language situation in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
As part of the research project “Verbal Traditions of the Indigenous Minorities of the North: Documentation, Description, Systematization”, in 2022, the collection and processing of linguistic material on the Even, Evenk and Yukagir languages was carried out.
The grammatical characteristics of the categorical forms of the verb in the Even language and in the language of the forest Yukaghirs are given. An experimental phonetic study of the specifics of the sound system of the Eastern dialects of the Evenki language and two local groups of Evens in Yakutia was carried out. The processing of the lexical units of the language of the tundra Yukaghirs for the Yukagir-Russian dictionary, the linguistic analysis of the synonymic rows of verbs, nouns, adjectives, adverbs, the semantic features of antonyms in the Even language are determined.
A comprehensive description of the structural and semantic features of concepts in the linguistic consciousness of the Evens and the worldview of the Evenks is given, an experimental psycholinguistic study of the transformation of the elements of consciousness that make up the ethnic picture of the world of the Evenks is carried out. Plots and motifs of the Evenki folklore (epic and myth genre) are studied, the plots of Yukaghir fairy-tale folklore are classified, universal and local plots in Yukaghir fairy-tale folklore are revealed.
