Brazil’s indigenous film festival is coming for the first time to France! Join us on 22 and 23 May at the Publicis cinemas in the Champs Elysées at the Publicis Cinema.

Come and discover the work of indigenous filmmakers highlighting their cultures and territories. During the day, immersive activities from 9:30am to 12pm and from 2pm to 4:30pm.

In the evening, the doors open at 6.45pm for the screening of the 9 films.

The curators and filmmakers  Graciela Guarani, Ziel Karapoto e Takuma Kuikuro will be present for a Q&A session

Produced by Amazonie Immersive and brought by People’s Palace Projects, the festival is supported by the Iris Foundation, Nia Tero, The Caring Foundation, The Roddick Foundation, the Brazilian Embassy of London and Instituto Guimarães Rosa, Queen Mary University of London, Arts Council England, Déco Brésil, 25 Hours, Monsieur Pão de Queijo and Jangada.

This collaborative platform was established to enable the community of the International Decade of Indigenous Languages (IDIL 2022–2032) to share events, activities, and resources. The content published on the platform is the responsibility of registered users and does not commit the Secretariat of the Decade (UNESCO) and/or the Members of the Global Task Force for Making a Decade of Action for Indigenous Languages. Please note that the platform has been inactive since February 2025 and no longer accepts new uploads. While work is underway to provide an updated solution, the Secretariat of IDIL 2022–2032 remains available for any inquiries at: indigenous.languages@unesco.org.
