XIII Interregional Competition of Tatar Folk Art named after Sardaria Nigamatova

The XIII Interregional Competition of Tatar Folk Art named after Sardaria Nigamatova is held within the framework of the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement between the Sverdlovsk Region and the Republic of Tatarstan in accordance with the plan of the main events of the Sverdlovsk State Regional Palace of Folk Art for 2023 and will be held on March 18, 2023 at the National Cultural Complex S.Arakaevo” at the address: Sverdlovsk region, Nizhneserginsky district, S. Arakaevo, Molodezhnaya str., 14a.

Amateur collectives of the following genres and directions are invited to participate in the competition: song and dance ensembles; folklore (ethnographic) collectives; vocal ensembles, choirs; choreographic collectives; instrumental orchestras and ensembles; drama and theater collectives.

The application for participation in the competition must be sent no later than March 13, 2023 by e-mail: salavatarakaevo@mail.ru .

The founders and organizers of the event are: the Ministry of Culture of the Sverdlovsk region, the Sverdlovsk State Regional Palace of Folk Art (SGODNT), the Municipal Cultural Institution “National Cultural Complex of the village of Arakayevo”.

This collaborative platform was established to enable the community of the International Decade of Indigenous Languages (IDIL 2022–2032) to share events, activities, and resources. The content published on the platform is the responsibility of registered users and does not commit the Secretariat of the Decade (UNESCO) and/or the Members of the Global Task Force for Making a Decade of Action for Indigenous Languages. Please note that the platform has been inactive since February 2025 and no longer accepts new uploads. While work is underway to provide an updated solution, the Secretariat of IDIL 2022–2032 remains available for any inquiries at: indigenous.languages@unesco.org.
