Reimbursement of expenses to the student is made in the form of compensation in the amount of actually incurred expenses for paying the cost of travel, confirmed by travel documents, but not higher than the cost of travel. An application for the appointment of compensation and supporting documents are submitted by students (authorized persons) to the administration of the above kozhuuns. Among the indigenous small peoples of Siberia, Tuvans-Todzhans, Khomushka M.R. is studying at Tuva State University. in the direction of training highly qualified personnel 45.06.01 "Linguistics and literary criticism".

Every year, during the period of the admission campaign, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tyva organizes the work of the Republican Admissions Committee. Within the framework of the PKK, together with the executive authorities and local governments of the republic, work is underway to conclude agreements on targeted training with graduates of general educational organizations and professional educational organizations of the republic for their further admission to universities of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tyva. In 2022, a total of 396 applicants entered universities under agreements on targeted training. Of the total number of applicants enrolled under targeted training agreements, 23 applicants belong to the indigenous peoples of Siberia (Tere-Kholsky district - 1 person, Todzhinsky district - 9 people, Mongun-Taiginsky district - 13 people). The employers/customers of those enrolled under contracts for targeted training are: Administration of the Todzhinsky district (7 people); Administration of the Mongun-Taiginsky district (6 people); Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tyva (6 people); Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tyva (2 persons); Administration of the Tere-Kholsky district (1 person); UFSSP in the Republic of Tyva (1 person). By order of the rector of the Russian State Pedagogical University. A.I. Herzen "On the establishment of a quota for targeted training in educational programs of higher education at the expense of the budgetary allocations of the federal budget for the 2022/2023 academic year" dated May 31, 2022 No. 0101-140/01 set the quota for admission to targeted training in educational programs of higher education in full-time a form of education for applicants from Tere-Kholsky, Mongun-Taiginsky, Todzhinsky, Erzinsky districts, as representatives of the indigenous peoples of the Republic of Tyva. The annual contest "National Literary Award" is held with the aim of developing literary translation, preserving the traditions of Tuvan literature and its popularization. Acceptance of works for the Award ends on October 1, 2022. The author or co-authors of the works recognized as the best and meeting the criteria are rewarded with cash prizes. The National Prize is traditionally awarded on November 1 at a solemn event dedicated to the Day of the Tuvan Language. Acceptance of works is carried out at the Agency for Nationalities of the Republic of Tyva. Russian Russian and Tuvan language works written in the Tuvan language can be submitted to the competition, as well as author's translations of works (from Tuvan into Russian, from Russian into Tuvan) written in the languages of other nationalities.
