The competition has a junior and a senior category. The junior category includes those who turn 19 this year, and the senior series includes those older than this.

SAKHOUNB summed up the results of the regional online quiz "Great Sons of the Indigenous Peoples of the World", dedicated to the International Decade of Indigenous Languages. More than 30 residents of the Sakhalin and Saratov regions, as well as the Republic of Tatarstan, showed interest in testing. The winners of the quiz were: I place - Ulyana Safina, a student of the 7th grade "B" MBOU secondary school No. 5. Ohi named after A.V. Belyaev; II place - Elizaveta Budich, a student of the 9th grade "D" of the MAOU secondary school No. 23 of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk; III place - Sofia Frenzyuk, a student of the 8th grade "B" of the MAOU Secondary School No. 13 named after P. A. Leonov in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. In the UN Decade of Indigenous Languages, this concert series from the Welsh and Scottish Governments in Berlin brings the indigenous languages and cultures of Wales and Scotland to Germany through their rich oral traditions and songs by leading folk musicians from these nations. Through music and storytelling, we will explore the depth and resilience of the indigenous languages of Wales and Scotland as living and breathing languages that continue to thrive in our modern world.

Conférence présentée par Alexander Elias, doctorant à la University of California, Berkley (USA) ; Florian Lionnet, professeur à Princeton University (USA) & Jean Rohleder, linguiste à l’Université de Berne (Suisse). Cette conférence aborde la question de la documentation des langues kanak et de l’articulation du travail de documentation avec les besoins des communautés de locuteurs, notamment en terme de préservation et de développement linguistique. Deux projets récents ou en cours sont présentés, l’un sur la documentation des contes (hingo), légendes, lieux-dits, et histoire locale en langue jao (jawe) à la tribu de Ouayaguette, l’autre sur la documentation et la description de la langue vamale (langue de Voh-Koné). L’accent est mis sur les différents acteurs impliqués dans de tels projets, les difficultés rencontrées, les atouts identifiés, et les leçons qu’on peut en tirer pour la préservation et le développement des langues kanak.

En esta semana se realizarán 8 talleres de 4 días de duración, se impartirán 17 conferencias sobre aspectos específicas de la lengua y cultura mazateca, así como la proyección de 3 documentales sobre la vida de los mazatecos en la Ciudad de México y en Oaxaca. Adicionalmente contaremos con un concierto de clausura y finalmente durante toda la semana contaremos con la exposición de textiles de las principales regiones de la nación mazateca.

Мероприятие "Когда звенел шаманский бубен" - этнографическая мозаика к Международному дню коренных народов мира. Детям подробно рассказали о жизни, быте, обычаях и обрядах КМНС.
