Яркое событие в культурной жизни региона завершило череду ключевых мероприятий проекта «ЭТНИКУМ», поддержанного Президентским фондом культурных инициатив. Фестивальная программа включала встречи с партнерами проекта, выступления детских творческих коллективов, демонстрацию короткометражных анимационных мультипликационных фильмов, созданных детьми, в том числе с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, а также вручение участникам мультстудий подарочных комплектов «Набор юного мультипликатора».
